A signature-resize tool preset to the common Indian exam default of 140×60px, 10–20KB — the band used by most Indian recruitment and exam portals. When to use a custom size instead

Getting a clean scan to start from
Sign in black or dark-blue ink on plain white paper, photograph or scan it in good light, and crop out the surrounding paper edges before uploading — the auto-crop works best on a signature that's already reasonably isolated from stray marks or shadows.
