How to check a file's size
- Windows: right-click the file → Properties → see Size (and "Size on disk").
- Mac: click the file and press Cmd + I (Get Info) → see Size.
- Android: open Files / Gallery → long-press the image → Details / Info.
- iPhone: open the Files app → long-press the file → Info.
1 MB = 1024 KB. If a form asks for a photo "under 50 KB", it means 50 kilobytes — use the tool above to hit that exact size.
