Why State PSC doesn't have one fixed spec
State Public Service Commissions (e.g. UPPSC, MPPSC, BPSC) issues a fresh notification for each recruitment cycle, and the photo/signature specification is usually copied from the previous cycle but occasionally tightened or loosened. Rather than guess, this tool starts from the widely-used default above; if your notification lists a different pixel size or KB range, switch to the custom-size option in the full photo maker and type the exact numbers.
