JPG to PDF in 100KB
Turn one or more JPG/PNG photos into a single PDF and keep the finished file under 100 KB — the tool compresses each image first, then assembles the PDF, so you don't end up under the target on-screen only to have the PDF balloon past it after assembly. Common for PAN card applications, university admission portals and several passport-linked forms.
Why compress before assembling
A PDF made from several full-resolution photos is almost always far bigger than the sum of its parts would suggest, because each page also carries PDF page/rendering overhead. Compressing every image to fit the target first — instead of compressing the finished PDF afterwards — gives a sharper result for the same file size.
What you can combine
Add a photo, a signature and one or two documents in the order you want them to appear as pages, then generate one PDF that stays under the limit as a whole, not per page.
How it works

Frequently asked questions
Is the 100 KB limit for the whole PDF or per page?
For the whole finished PDF, whether it has one page or several.
Can I mix a photo and a scanned document?
Yes — add them in any order; each is compressed individually before the pages are combined.
